Supported Employment (SE) Overview
Our Supported Employment (SE) services include individualized job development and placement services, ongoing support, such as intensive job skills training, and arrangement of extended services and assist natural supports to help individuals sustain meaningful long-term employment.
We provide SE services based on a “Place, Then Train” model, designed to provide services to an individual with the most significant disabilities. We provide the support they need to achieve competitive integrated employment.
